How do I create an account?
Visit antologa.com and click 'Sign Up'. Enter your name, email, and a password. You'll receive a verification email — click the link inside to activate your account. Once verified, your traveler profile is ready to use.
How do I search for experiences?
Use the Search bar at the top of the page or navigate to Explore. Filter by region (Chiriquí, Bocas del Toro), category (tours, accommodation, food, wellness), date, and price range. Results show verified listings with photos, pricing, and availability.
How does the booking process work?
Select an experience, choose your preferred date and number of guests, and click 'Book Now'. You'll be taken to the checkout page where you review the details and complete payment. Once confirmed, you'll receive a booking confirmation email with your e-ticket.
How do I register as a business?
Click 'Become a Partner' in the navigation or go to antologa.com/register?type=business. Fill in your business details, choose your subscription plan, and complete the registration form. You'll receive an email confirmation and onboarding instructions within 24 hours.
How do I complete my business profile?
After registering, log in to your Business Dashboard. Go to 'Profile & Settings' and fill in your business name, description, address, contact information, operating hours, and amenities. Upload a profile photo and cover image. A complete profile significantly improves your listing visibility.
How do I submit my listing for review?
After creating your listing in the Listing Manager, click 'Submit for Review'. The Antologa team will review your listing within 1–2 business days. You'll receive an email notification when your listing is approved and live on the platform.
How do I register as a tour guide?
Go to antologa.com/register?type=guide and complete the guide registration form. You'll be asked to provide your name, contact information, language skills, and a brief bio. After submitting, the Antologa team will initiate the verification process.
What certification requirements apply?
All guides must hold a valid certification from IPAT (Instituto Panameño de Turismo), ATP (Autoridad de Turismo de Panamá), or an equivalent recognized body. You'll be prompted to upload your certification documents during registration. A background check is also required before your profile goes live.
How do I create my first experience listing?
Once your profile is verified, go to your Guide Dashboard and click 'Create Experience'. Fill in the title, description, itinerary, meeting point, languages offered, group size, duration, and price per person. Upload photos and submit for review.
How do I register my travel agency?
Go to antologa.com/register?type=agency and complete the agency registration form. You'll be asked for your company name, registration details, and the name of the primary account holder. After registration, you can begin adding your affiliated businesses and guides.
How do I add businesses and guides to my agency account?
From your Agency Dashboard, go to 'Partner Network'. Search for existing businesses or guides on the platform and send a connection request. Alternatively, invite partners who aren't yet on Antologa via email — they'll receive an onboarding link tied to your agency account.
How do I build my first itinerary?
Go to your Dashboard and click 'Itinerary Builder'. Give your itinerary a name and start adding days. For each day, select from your partner network's available listings to build the schedule. Preview the full itinerary, set a total price, and publish it as a bookable product.
What payment methods are accepted?
Antologa processes payments through PagueloFácil, Panama's leading payment gateway. Accepted methods include major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). Additional local payment methods may be available depending on your region.
How do I cancel or modify a booking?
Go to your account dashboard, find the booking under 'My Bookings', and click 'Manage Booking'. Cancellation and modification options depend on the partner's policy, which is displayed on every listing before checkout. Cancellations within the free cancellation window receive a full refund.
What is the refund policy?
Refunds are governed by each partner's cancellation policy, shown on the listing. Generally: free cancellation up to 24–72 hours before the experience earns a full refund. Late cancellations may receive a partial refund or no refund depending on the policy selected by the partner.
How do I manage my profile and preferences?
Go to your account menu (top right) and select 'Profile'. From there you can update your name, profile photo, travel preferences, and notification settings. Your saved experiences and booking history are also accessible from the account menu.
How do saved experiences and wishlists work?
Click the heart icon on any listing to save it to your wishlist. Access your saved experiences anytime from your profile under 'Saved'. You can create multiple named wishlists to organize by trip or theme.
Traveling in Chiriquí — what to know
Chiriquí is Panama's highland province, home to Volcán Barú, Boquete, and Playa Las Lajas. Best visited between December and April (dry season). Temperatures are cooler at altitude — pack a light jacket for evenings in Boquete. The Pan-American Highway connects David (the provincial capital) to Panama City in about 6 hours by bus.
Traveling in Bocas del Toro — what to know
Bocas del Toro is Panama's Caribbean archipelago. The main island, Bocas Town (Isla Colón), has most services. Boats connect the islands — water taxis run frequently and inexpensively. The rainy season runs from mid-October to mid-December; the rest of the year is generally dry with warm temperatures. Book accommodation in advance during Carnaval (February) and peak season.
How do I edit a listing after it goes live?
Go to your Dashboard, navigate to 'Listings', and click 'Edit' next to the listing you want to update. Changes to price, availability, or photos take effect immediately. Changes to the core listing description may trigger a brief re-review.
How do I set pricing and availability?
In your Listing Manager, go to the 'Pricing & Availability' tab. Set a base price per person (or per booking), define blackout dates, and configure capacity limits. Seasonal pricing rules can be configured in the advanced settings.
How do bookings work on Antologa?
When a traveler books your service, you receive a notification in your Dashboard and via email. You can review the booking details, confirm or (if your policy allows) decline within your response window. All booking history is visible in the 'Bookings' section of your Dashboard.
How does the payout schedule work?
Antologa processes payouts 3–5 business days after a completed booking. Payouts are deposited to your registered bank account via PagueloFácil. A detailed earnings breakdown is available in your Dashboard under 'Payments & Payouts'.
How do guide bookings work?
When a traveler books your experience, you receive a notification in your Dashboard and via email. Review the group details and confirm the booking. Your earnings are processed automatically after the experience is completed.
How do I get paid?
Earnings are deposited to your registered bank account via PagueloFácil, 3–5 business days after each completed tour. A payout summary is available in your Guide Dashboard under 'Earnings'.
How do I manage bookings across multiple listings?
Your Agency Dashboard shows a consolidated booking view across all your affiliated listings. Filter by partner, date range, or status. You can communicate with travelers and manage confirmations centrally without switching between accounts.
How do consolidated payouts work for agencies?
Antologa consolidates all earnings from your affiliated listings into a single payout to the agency account. The Earnings breakdown in your Dashboard shows revenue per listing and per partner. Payouts occur on the standard 3–5 business day schedule after each completed booking.
How do I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Go to your Dashboard and navigate to 'Subscription'. You'll see your current plan and available options. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. No contract lock-in applies.
Where can I find my invoices?
All billing invoices are available in your Dashboard under 'Subscription > Billing History'. You can download PDF invoices for any billing period.
How do I manage my availability calendar?
In your Dashboard, go to 'Availability'. You can set your default working days and hours, block specific dates, and set maximum group sizes per session. Changes to availability are reflected immediately on your public listing.
How do I price my tours?
Set a price per person on each experience. You can also offer group discounts (e.g. 10% off for 4+ people) in the advanced pricing settings. Antologa takes a platform commission on each booking — the current rate is shown in your Dashboard under 'Payments'.
How do I create a bundled package?
In the Package Builder, combine listings from multiple partners (accommodation, tours, transport) into a single product with one price. Set the package duration, inclusions, and any optional add-ons. Packages appear on the platform as a single bookable listing.
How do I price multi-day trips?
The Package Builder calculates a base price from the combined component costs. You can apply a markup percentage, set a fixed total price, or configure per-person vs. per-group pricing. Pricing is shown to travelers inclusive of all inclusions.
