Use the Search bar at the top of the page or navigate to Explore. Filter by region (Chiriquí, Bocas del Toro), category (tours, accommodation, food, wellness), date, and price range. Results show verified listings with photos, pricing, and availability.

How does the booking process work?

Select an experience, choose your preferred date and number of guests, and click 'Book Now'. You'll be taken to the checkout page where you review the details and complete payment. Once confirmed, you'll receive a booking confirmation email with your e-ticket.

How do I use the Itinerary Builder?

The Itinerary Builder (available in your traveler dashboard) lets you plan multi-day trips by adding listings, tours, and experiences day by day. You can collaborate with travel companions in real time and export a shareable itinerary.

What payment methods are accepted?

Antologa processes payments through PagueloFácil, Panama's leading payment gateway. Accepted methods include major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). Additional local payment methods may be available depending on your region.

How do I cancel or modify a booking?

Go to your account dashboard, find the booking under 'My Bookings', and click 'Manage Booking'. Cancellation and modification options depend on the partner's policy, which is displayed on every listing before checkout. Cancellations within the free cancellation window receive a full refund.

What is the refund policy?

Refunds are governed by each partner's cancellation policy, shown on the listing. Generally: free cancellation up to 24–72 hours before the experience earns a full refund. Late cancellations may receive a partial refund or no refund depending on the policy selected by the partner.

How do loyalty points work?

All travelers earn loyalty points on each booking — Free members at 1x, Voyager at 1.5x, and Local at 2x. Points appear in your dashboard under Loyalty and can be redeemed for discounts on future bookings.

How do I manage my profile and preferences?

Go to your account menu (top right) and select 'Profile'. From there you can update your name, profile photo, travel preferences, and notification settings. Your saved experiences and booking history are also accessible from the account menu.

How do saved experiences and wishlists work?

Click the heart icon on any listing to save it to your wishlist. Access your saved experiences anytime from your profile under 'Saved'. You can create multiple named wishlists to organize by trip or theme.

How do I write a review?

After completing a booking, you'll receive an email inviting you to leave a review. You can also go to your dashboard → Past Bookings and click 'Review' next to the completed experience. Reviews must be submitted within 30 days of the experience date.

How do I change or reset my password?

Go to your account settings and select 'Change Password'. If you've forgotten your password, go to /account/login, click 'Forgot Password', and follow the reset link emailed to you. The reset link expires after 30 minutes — request a new one if it lapses.

Traveling in Chiriquí: What to Know

Question 16

How do I track a product order?

Accepted Answer

Open your dashboard → Orders to see every product purchase and its current status. Orders move through Pending → Confirmed → Processing → Shipped → Delivered. Once a partner marks an order Shipped, any tracking reference they provide appears on the order detail.

Question 17

My order hasn't shipped — what should I do?

Accepted Answer

Orders sit in Confirmed or Processing until the partner prepares them for dispatch. If an order has been Processing longer than the partner's stated handling time, message the seller directly from the order page. If you don't hear back, switch to Live Support and we'll follow up for you.

Question 18

Can I cancel or return a product order?

Accepted Answer

An order can be cancelled while it's still Pending or Confirmed (before the partner ships it) from the order detail page. After it ships, returns follow the partner's return policy shown on the product listing. Refunds for cancelled or returned orders are issued back to your original payment method.

Question 19

My payment was declined at checkout

Accepted Answer

A gateway decline comes from your bank or card issuer, not from Antologa — no charge is made when this happens. Double-check the card number, expiry, and billing details, try a different card, or call your bank to authorize the transaction. Then return to your booking and pay again. Your booking stays in Pending until a payment succeeds.

Question 20

I can't book — the dates show as unavailable

Accepted Answer

This means the partner has no remaining capacity for that date or the group size you entered. Try alternative dates, reduce the number of guests, or open the listing and message the partner to ask when they'll have availability. Popular experiences fill quickly during dry season and holidays.
