Welcome to Antologa. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Antologa, S.A. ("Antologa," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of our Platform.
By creating an account, accessing, or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform.
'Platform' refers to www.antologa.com, our mobile applications, and all related services provided by Antologa.
'User' or 'Traveler' refers to individuals who register to discover and book experiences, accommodations, tours, products, or services.
'Business Partner' or 'Affiliate' refers to hotels, restaurants, tour operators, guides, travel agencies, shops, car rental services, and other service providers who list offerings on the Platform.
'Content' refers to all text, images, videos, reviews, listings, and other materials posted on the Platform.
'Services' refers to the marketplace, booking facilitation, AI recommendations, conversational assistance, and other Platform features.
'GMV' (Gross Merchandise Value) refers to the total transaction value processed through the Platform.
'Booking' refers to any reservation or purchase made through the Platform for accommodations, tours, experiences, products, or services.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Platform. By registering, you represent and warrant that:
You are at least 18 years old with legal capacity to contract
All registration information provided is accurate, current, and complete
You will maintain the security of your account credentials
Your use complies with all applicable laws and regulations
You are not prohibited from using the Platform under Panamanian law
Account Responsibility: You are solely responsible for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately at support@antologa.com of any unauthorized access or security breach.
Antologa operates as a curated marketplace connecting Travelers with Business Partners. We facilitate discovery, communication, and booking but do not own, operate, or control the accommodations, tours, experiences, products, or services listed by Business Partners.
Our Platform uses AI models (Llama 3.1 70B, Qwen 2.5-32B via Groq API) to provide personalized recommendations, conversational assistance, and content suggestions. AI recommendations are provided for convenience and do not constitute endorsements or guarantees.
We facilitate bookings and process payments through third-party processors (Stripe, PayPal). Commission structure: 20% for bookings (accommodations, tours, experiences, packages, rentals), 10% for e-commerce products.

Travelers: Free, Explorer ($9.99/mo), Connoisseur ($19.99/mo)
Note: Prices shown are SMV (Salario Mínimo Viable) introductory rates valid through Q2 2027. Regular pricing will be implemented upon achieving Product-Market Fit.
Violate any laws, regulations, or third-party rights
Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information
Impersonate any person or entity
Post offensive, defamatory, or discriminatory content
Engage in harassment, hate speech, or threats
Attempt to circumvent Platform fees or commissions
Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) without authorization
Interfere with Platform security or functionality
Transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code
Engage in commercial activities outside Platform terms (spam, MLM)
Collect user data without consent
Post fake reviews or manipulate ratings
